We want you to love what you buy from us but we get it, you might change your mind. In the event that you’d like to make a return or exchange, here’s what you need to know.

1. What is your return policy and procedure?

Return Policy

You may return the product you purchased within 7 days of receipt provided that it has not been used, the label has not been ripped off and the salable feature has been lost. You can send the reason for returning the product by typing in the description section under the bills. When sending the product to us, do not forget to send it with the cargo we deal with. Return Procedure for Scarf and BAG Scarf and Bag for the products in the categories; If the label has not been torn, untested, or unused, you can return the product on condition that it is delivered to the cargo within 24 hours from the date of receipt.

2. If I return my order, will I be charged for shipping?

You may send your return package with your local postal service of your choice. Shipping fee will be covered by Customer.

3. Where should I return my order?

You can return the product by using the first address in the upper left side of the bill.

4. Can I return the gift item in my order?

The return of our gift items may vary according to campaign conditions. You can get detailed information by reaching the Customer Service or by sending an email to [email protected]

5. How can I track the process after I return the item?

Updates regarding your return(s) are provided by SMS and e-mail.

6. When will I be reimbursed for the payment made by my credit card?

You will be refunded within 14 days.

7. I cannot see the refund in my bank account. What should I do?

You can contact your bank with the reference code sent by SMS during the returns process. If you still cannot see your refund in your bank account, please email [email protected]

8. How can I exchange an item?

We do not accept exchanges, you can return your items within 14 days. Meanwhile you may wish to place a new order.

9. How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, you can call the Customer Service Department or send your order name and number to [email protected] to our address.

10 .I cancelled my order. Can I be reimbursed for the shipping fee?

For cancelled orders, (before your order is shipped) the full amount paid will be refunded, incl. shipping fee.

11. Can I reorder the items I previously cancelled?

If the item(s) you would like to purchase are in stock, you can place a new order.
